ObamaCare is unconstitutional!

Our elected officials have turned a deaf ear to the 
voices of a clear majority of Americans by railroading 
an unwanted government takeover of our healthcare 
system. The 111th Congress passed the ObamaCare bill 
with provisions that I believe are overtly 
unconstitutional. 

Liberty Counsel will fight the bill in courts of law. 
Their suit raises the concerns of individuals, private,
nonprofit and for-profit businesses and organizations, 
and religious institutions. 

I just signed a Statement of Support encouraging Liberty
Counsel to take legal measures to stop ObamaCare dead 
in its tracks! 

This bill contains infringements on our individual 
liberties, which will only continue to erode under our 
current government.  I'm encouraging like-minded citizens
